The Top Everything Home - The Top Everything

What would it be like to peer inside the contents of people's brains? And not just a few, but BILLIONS of people? Well, you can't do that, but you can learn a lot about the Zeitgeist, or Spirit of the Times, by checking out what today's top Twitter feeds, blogs, Facebook pages, news stories, Internet searches, music, videos, books, and websites are. These sites update the rankings daily, and often hourly.
